A. We usually have a 3-4 week waiting list during busy periods. However, we will endeavor to fit it in within your timelines so please give us a call to talk about your project. More urgent projects can be brought forward.
A. If you agree to use our services, we would require material costs and additional labour hand costs up front, this would cover the cost of paving, cement, sand, etc. and our additional labour hand. Then, upon completion we would require the remaining payment, cash or cheque.
A. No, we are more than happy to work without an official design. If you have sketches you have made yourself, or if you have already had a garden designed for you, we will be happy to use them as the basis of the final design.
A. We use a team of 4 men at the most at any one time, myself and David will usually complete the smaller patio and garden projects ourselves. We work typical working hours 9-5 and are extremely courteous and well-mannered to our clients and your neighbours, as well as mindful of possible noise disruption, and keeping the area tidy.
A. Yes, we are more than happy to provide references and testimonials, and we are so proud of the work we have completed we often offer to do this before you agree to any work. You can also view some of them on our website.
